Meeting together on Sunday afternoons, ChristChurch at Four is an informal and friendly church family in the centre of Crouch End.
Doors open at 4pm as we catch up over fresh coffee and cakes. Our meetings are centred on listening to God in the Bible, as well as a mix of songs, hymns and prayer. We finish at around 5.15pm, but there’s no rush: the children enjoy their packed tea whilst adults enjoy more coffee, (and some usually head to one of N8’s fine pubs, to carry on the conversation).
Everyone is welcome, and there are groups and activities for children of all ages, with leaders who are all DBS checked church members.
We also meet in various midweek groups, to encourage one another to live our lives as followers of Jesus. We have supper together, read the Bible and discuss what we’re learning, and pray for one another. One of our morning groups is specifically for young mums, so has a crêche, and not forgetting StoryBox – Wednesdays 10am-11.30am for all pre-schoolers and carers. And yes, fresh coffee and cakes are in abundance.
If you’d like to find out more, don’t hesitate to get in touch by dropping a line to Revd Adam Pymble – or of course just turn up any Sunday at 4pm: we’re on the corner of Crescent Road and Crouch End Hill, just down from Coleridge Primary School, N8 8AX – we’d love to meet you.
